    OK or a No No

On Mondays I do the following routine

    Chest and Shoulders

    Bench Press 5 sets
    incl DB 3 sets
    flat flyes 3 sets
    Military Press D.B 3 sets
    shrugs 3 sets
    upright rows 3 sets
every other week I add laterals in place of shrugs

My ? is one of these (upright rows) is a pull movement not a push. Is this ok

laterals should be in place of military press or upright rows, not shrugs.

Mr. RD: Every week I change one exercise for another, IE. laterals for shrug, lateral for bent over rows, ECT.ECT. I never replace my main compound move, BENCH, MILITARY PRESS, DEADS OR SQUATS. All else r interchangable to remove and replace IMO. 1 arm rows for t-bar, leg presses for lunges, ect ect
