    Yo Justin,

You weight will go up and down each day due to water and food that you eat. If you eat a whole bunch of salt your body will retain a lot of water too.

If you weigh yourself in the AM, then eat breakfast, you are going to weigh more.
If you want something fairly accurate, you need to try to measure at the same time each day. Best is to take your weight first thing every AM after you visit the little boys room and before you eat. Then you will be all cleaned out.

My body weight will change 5 to 7 pounds in a day.
Quitters never win, and winners never quit ! ! !

Who says big guys can't do pull ups ?

I weigh more after I eat and less after I shit, go figure?

LOL, in all seriousness, itll change. Conditioning obviously burns a little off. When push comes to shove, dont worry about it.

    Eat more food,more often!

It`s all about calories in and calories out.

It`s obvious that football is most likely causing you to burn more cals than you are taking in creating a large calorie deficit.
