    Legs Going Crazy

I did a VERYYYYYYYYY intense workout for legs yesterday which included crazy lunges and squats and stuff and today i can't even walk. it takes me 2 minutes to sit down or get up from a chair and it hurts a lot. it's not injury pain it's INTENSE sore pain... should i take tylenol to relieve the pain?

You made a basic mistake. You over trained for your level. Get a trainer or some help from one of these people. I've done it too pump. You ever pull or over train a hamstring? Life is not good after that for a long time. Use your head and use the resources here at IM.

    I found it on google

When magnesium (Epsom Salt) sulfate is absorbed through the skin, such as in a bath, it draws toxins from the body, sedates the nervous system, reduces swelling, relaxes muscles, is a natural emollient, exfoliator, and much more.

Did you stretch your legs out thoroughly after the training session ?
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

Stretching and bodybuilding go hand in hand.... the more flexible a muscle is the more efficiently it works throughout the ROM...
