you should not train more than 2 days in a row without a rest day, combine some of those bodyparts into one workout, no reason to train biceps or triceps on a separate day, and you should not train legs right after back.

Tuesday:Resting Day
Wed: Chest and Shoulders
Thursday: Resting day
Friday: Triceps Biceps andForearm
Saturday: Legs and Abs
Sunday: Resting day

You often stress the fact that you shouldn't have more than 2 days on in a row without a rest day, but I am curious. If I have a five day split, is taking friday and saturday day off and sunday-thursday on "not good" for me?
I have tried other plans, but the way I have it just seems to fit in with my school schedule, etc.

I think he is referring to your CNS, as it being too hard on your CNS. Plus you need rest in between some of your WO's b/c even though you are only working your target musles once a week, they are being used as Synergists and stabilizers on a lot of other days.
Those 2 things both lead to overtraining.
