my favorite myth is that you have to work out to get big... you don't really ahve to pour sweat and blood and a shit load of hard work to gain anything, just sitting on the couch doing nothing is a good work out, shoving chips into my mouth, oh man, FEEL the burn.

(I am practicing my satiric writing style for English)
    My specs:
age: 17 goal: 21 (so I can drink... legally...)
    height: 5'6'' goal: 6'0'' (I'll try hard...)
weight: 130.2 goal: 125 (for wrestling)
    bench: 205 goal: 225
    squat: 245 goal: 300

Incline Press makes only your upper chest big.

Skinny guys who wear "Shut the F___ up and Train" tshirts at my gym, when in reality they should be wearing "Please spot me on my 90 lb squats" tshirts.

People that train light to cut.

People that dont take creatine in fear of getting TOO BIG.
