Lifting weights does not cause gyno, something else is going on. Either this is related to puberty, or some supplement you may be taking.
i am 15 and have been weight lifting for about 3 weeks now and have noticed my right nipple has gotten bigger nut my left aint, and i can feel a lump behind it, i am very worried what is the problem here.

will it stop! as i am really worried i also take whey protein

Puberty stops when it wants to, it wont have anything to do with whey protein unless there is something in there that doesn't belong.
thanx mate much appretiated
I have the same thing. I posted about it in the health thread, but no one commented. It's probably related to puberty.

I have a similar problem, on my right nipple there's a bump right next to it that make it look like I have 2 nipplesexcept mines blue and REALLY REALLY hurts whenever I touch it, it just appeared 2 days ago.
Since it hurts AND there is discolouration of skin, i suggest see a doc asap.Originally Posted by Tom_B

go see a doctor and put ya mind at rest, i had them under each at one time about 6 years back, they lasted about a month and went, my doctor said it was caused by hormonal fluctuations (puberty)

i had that to it goes away and dont worry about it
thanx people
