    more harm then good??

    My workout split is :
    mon- legs/abs

    tuesday-Shoulders/triceps

    wednsday-off (cardio)

    Thurday-Back/abs

    Friday- off (cardio)

    Satuday- Chest/Biceps

    Sunday-off (cardio)

    First of all does tis look ok? I worked out back thursday and my lats are sore as hell! SHould i go full blow on tomorrow when i work out chest? I know you use back in benching .

    Looks fine to me, although I might consider cutting out cardio from at least one of those rest days. I like to give my body at least one day per week without strenuous exercise, but if it's working then keep truckin'.
    The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

    Chest/Biceps
    Off/Cardio
    Back/Abs
    Shoulders/Triceps
    Off/Cardio
    Off

    Work the bigger bodyparts earlier in the week,and end with shoulders and tri`s.
