more harm then good??
My workout split is :
mon- legs/abs tuesday-Shoulders/triceps wednsday-off (cardio) Thurday-Back/abs Friday- off (cardio) Satuday- Chest/Biceps Sunday-off (cardio) First of all does tis look ok? I worked out back thursday and my lats are sore as hell! SHould i go full blow on tomorrow when i work out chest? I know you use back in benching . |

Looks fine to me, although I might consider cutting out cardio from at least one of those rest days. I like to give my body at least one day per week without strenuous exercise, but if it's working then keep truckin'.

Chest/Biceps Off/Cardio Back/Abs Shoulders/Triceps Off/Cardio Off Work the bigger bodyparts earlier in the week,and end with shoulders and tri`s. |
