I was just wondering in regards to this post, is it okay to say do weights 3-4 days a week and on the two days off still do some cardio? (with no weights)

I hate taking days completely off....I get so antsy just sitting around....

I would have to agree that training 7 days a week is bad. I think that it's a very variable quesiton, but for the most part, it's too much.

I have been training lately though without a rest day for 2 weeks or more now. But I am paying close attention to my body and I can tell that my body needs a rest day. So tomorrow is going to be my first in a while.

I think everyone would agree that you need to balance your workout. To neglect anything is a bad idea.
