the time it will take depends on a lot of factors and is very difficult (if not impossible) to quantify, but doing unilateral stuff will definitely help it along.
It appears to be that my right pec is bigger than my left one, and my left tricep is bigger than my right one. To address this problem, I have switched from flat and incline barbell press to using dumbells. With a dumbell program, how long do you think this imbalance would take to correct itself? Is there anything else I should be doing?

Like Yan said its very tough to tell how long it will take. You tri's and pecs may even out rather quickly or they may take a very long time. I have had a problem with one bi larger then the other, but the smaller one was stronger. It has been like this for over a year now and they have grown the same amount(yet one is still 1/4in larger) and they equally get stronger together. It is really hard to tell when they will even out for ya bud.

Today I do what others will not so that tomorrow I can do what others cannot!
Most everyone has this condition to some extent.
It only becomes a problem if the disparity is a huge one and really noticable.
