    Yup, I dont workout

From the pics in my gallery, I was doing TP-PT(Tri-Phase Progressive Training). You can find how the routine is outlined at www.mindandmuscle.net Go to the online magazine, and past issues. The article is in issue #19 and #20.

I am on a 3 day split right now, upper1/lower/upper2.

Premier definitely doesn't work out. All his muscle is natural pure genetics. In fact, why did he even start a journal. Oh right, so I could come along and post "Non Bodybuilding" material, like how cute the underwear shot in the backyard is

Glad to hear its going well. 10lb in 15 weeks is great news. You'll have that back in NO time....

For me, shit's going great. I'm strong as ever. almost lean as ever. and as big as ever.

only bad thing is, come friday, i have to take like at least a week off. i just gotta stay positive and think of it as recovery time or some shit. but after a few days of not getting a pump i feel like i'm shrinking, you know what i mean......

Well I lost over 20lbs in that time. Gained 10-12 back in the last 2 weeks

Thats awesome that things are going well. Have you decided on a career field yet?

career field? I'm a rockstar, bro.

But during the day i work at my old H.S. and coach soccer after school. I literally don't think i could have a better job right now. Full benefits, out at 2:30 everyday, and the best part about my job is that i LITERALLY hang out with the kids all day, and when i'm not doing that, i fuck around on the computer on IM and Fantasy football....

there's only 3 secrets to getting big...
    1. EAT
    2. train CORRECTLY
    3. train INTENSELY

do that, and you'll get bigger....
