Big long vein
Just wondering how does one get that long vein that starts from the shoulder all the way down to the forearms. Does it come from genetics or just very low body fat?

And genetics, because I have rarely seen that I can recall, seeing the same vein start from the shoulder and run all the way down
Usually they lace around the tissue a bit more. |
