I injured my back doing squats and am unable to do deadlifts, push jerks, etc. Does anyone know of any good rehab workouts I can do so I won't lose all the muscle I fought so hard to gain?
Thanks, T-Man ![]() |

I never thought that pushing P-funk around was an exercise. Only a doctor can give such advice. I am sure of one thing though, it is better to lose a few pounds of muscles than seriously hurting your back. |
