Pullups
Hey guys
When I do my back, what should i all do? All I can think of is bent over barbell rowing, lat machine pull downs, and one arm rowing for excersizes.
I want to know if bent over lateral raise, side lateral raise, and forward lateral raise are for your back? I always thought they were for your shoulders. I would love to put together about 4 excersizes to do my back, but i know it is stupid to just say that. Can someone help me out put something together for my back? Thanx. I will also be doing legs.

Deadlifts.

You'll need something to hit the erectors, I prefer GMs to full deadlifts.

Good mornings.

I do:
4 sets of bent over rows
4 sets barbell shrugs
2-3 sets Hammer Strength high pulls
1 set of pulldowns if I feel like it, to the front, medium wide grip
On leg day I do 3 sets of good mornings, I probably will try 4 next week.
I may add in some close grip cable rows again, 1-2 sets.
