can someone explain this concept? to me it just looks like you are sucking in your gut. what is that supposed to do for you?

Try to hold that vaccuum pose for as long as you can. It involves muscles to make that deformation of one's body...

There's a link that will explain it well enough. The only thing I don't understnad is how much your suppos to do..is says 3 sets, but how many reps? I'm guessing it only means to do it 3x because if you had to do like 15 reps per set that ab exercise would take you like 45 minutes ![]() |
