    Post Bicep peak

I really wanting to focus on getting my bicep to a better peak. Any suggestions on specific routines. I've always worked on bulking and training heavy. Maybe work on better shaping the shoulder to give an illusion of a better peak? More isolation movements? Any opinions?

It's genetic. If you don't have a peak, no exercise will give you one!

If you have a peak, whatever biceps exercises you currently perform will make your biceps bigger, and your peak should increase as well.

    Bicep peak is 100% genetic.

You *may* be able to lenghen muscles near their insertions through certain movements (stretch), and with isolation movements you *may* be able to bring out striations in muscle, and give the muscle a more "full" appearence.

Other than that, it's all genetic.
