    Shoulders, QUICK!

Hey guys, I was just wondering some good shoulder excersizes to do. All I can think of is military press. Please give me some more excersizes to do, and maybe describe them, because I might not know what they are. Thanx a lot.

this type of thing, it's better to localize. u should specifically look at yourself in the mirror and say to yourself if you want to increase the size of your anterior, lateral or posterior deltoid and then take it from there.......

I would stick with destroying your shoulders with Military Press or Dumbell Military Press as much as possible.

Then you can add other work

    Side Laterals
    Upright Rows
    Bent Laterals
    Front Raises

IMO...if you do a lot of pressing movement for the chest you don't need to directly stimulate the anterior deltoid...
