    Training

    I have been on a full body workout for 3 days per week and have been doing it for 2 or 3 weeks and i wondered when i should change and what i should change to

    Need to sort it out in advance so i am not paniking at the last minute to get a routine sorted

    You're a newb so you could stay on that program for 6 months and progress, but you'll probably start getting bored with it (like i do), so i say search around the journal area and find a nice routine you like, then post it up here for some critiquing/advice.

    I wouldn't switch it up yet. Chang some variables of your training so that you don't get board.....ie....rest interval, exercises, supersets etc....lots of great things you can do on a total body routine, just gotta be creative.

    i do supersets on legs and chest

    I go from benching to pec dek
    And standing calf raise to deadlifts

    I wouldnt consider doing supersets yet.

    I dont even understand why you would go from calf raises, to deadlifts anyway???

    Full Body is OK, although I like to spilt it up a little more and focus a bit more certain bodyparts.

    Do hard and heavy work. No less than 4 reps, no more than 10. Eat PLENTY, because eating is at least half the battle.

    Deadlifts
    Squats
    Bench Press
    Military Press
    Stiff Leg Deads
    Dips
    BB Curls
    BB/DB Rows
    Calf Raises
    Abs

    If you did nothing but those basic movements, youd probably be 10 times better off than trying to use those superset techniques.

    My entire workout is composed of those exercises listed by Camaro. Do those the right way and you'll never complain about lagging body parts again..
