Don't worry about routine as much as you worry about diet. That's the best advice I can give.

My best guess would have to be....its the months that lead up to the honey moon????

SF hit the nail on the head...concentrate on diet most of all. If you are looking to lose some weight or tone up before the wedding/honey moon then get some cardio in there and start some resistence training. Full body routine 3x a week should work for now if you are new to it.
