Can you please advice about the training routine belwo which I plan to go for? My target is to lose fat and get lean.

Day one:
Chest
Shoulder (Front press +Lateral Raise)
Triceps
Day Two:
Aerobics + Abs
Day Three:
Legs + Calves
Biceps + Forearm
Day Four:
Aerobics + Abs
Day five:
Back
Shoulder (Behind Neck + Traps)
Day six and seven REST

the routine looks fine...how is your diet ?
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.


I think doing biceps with legs is kind of weird, I also think one rest day in the middle is a good idea, but that is up to you... just remember losing fat and getting lean is all about diet.
so what do you suggest?

you do not have to be "on a diet" per se, asking what your diet is means what you eat every day, meal by meal.Originally Posted by b_eisa
