dont worry about it, i'm 16 and i've been liftin for almost 2 years now. I think it actually helped my growth, but no one can tell because everybody is different. Allthoughout grade school i've been like 5 inches shorter, i started to lift at the end of 8th grade and my friends started to also in ninth grade, they had been the tallets guys and now they havn't grown hardly antying in the past year, but i on the other hand have grow ALOT,


lifting is good for you

although another twist is that they never took any supplements, i've been taking ALOT of protein and cycling creatine and sometimes i will try other stuff here and there
