Need Help in putting together a good split program

    Hello all

Can people help me out here, I am trying to work out a good split routine I can do (and yes I am open to suggestions, and I do relaise I may have to trial and error as to what works best)

Ok for the past few months now I have decided to learn martial arts (twice a week) so I am wanting to try and structure a good split program (say 3 day split as I think a four day split could be too much for me.....I want to avoid overtraining)

I am open to some good training routines, would i be better doing chest and back on the same day or chest and triceps on the same day....and so on.....

Perhaps the more experienced can help me peace together a good program structure?

APpreciate any help I can get

    Thanks

I like the PUSH/PULL/LEGS Split for a three day program. Which MA are you studying?? You can check my journal for exercises. I just changed my routine but you can look at the prior two months for ideas.

Yes I have got some ideas from looking at your routine, thanx for the post. I guess one of the most hardest things is trying to put together a routine that can suit me....and I have to experiment

Definately experiment.....What works for some - doesn't work for others. Find what you like and what works for you
