asking for new workout suggestions
I have just finished the 9 week westside basic workout and now thinking about what to do next.
I am 51 and want to gain strength, add muscle (if possible), reduce my belly, and keep cholestral in check and reduce b/f What would you guys recommend: more Westside Max-OT or Power/RR/Shock Suggestions welcomed |
