Please tell me if this is a good split

Okay so I think that I want to set up a routine where I work each bodypart 2 times per week. It will look something like the following:

    monday; Biceps/triceps/legs + cardio

    tuesday; Off

    Wed Fullbody routine

    Thurs; cardio

    Friday off

    Sat back/chest/shoulders + cardio

    Sun off

What do you think about this routine? How many exercises and sets should I do for each muscle group on the split days vs. the full body day? And also, should I alternate different exercises or stick with the same ones?

OR should I simply ditch the full body day and just alternate the 2 way split so that I weight train 4 times a week? The reason I planned it this way is so I can get in my cardio without getting burned out.

I would go either full body or each muscle twice per week. If you really want to do it that way, then I would suggest something like this:

    Half body routine A
    Half body routine B
    Off
    Off
    Full body
    Off
    Off

This will help avoid any issues related to recovery and fatigure.

Also, I would try to do cardio purely on days you don't lift. If it doesn't work for scheduling reasons, then I understand. However, it should help make sure you remain in an anabolic state more consistently.

Thank you for taking the time to respond. I do need to do cardio on the same day because Id rather only be in the gym 4 days a week instead of more. Should I do cardio before or after I lift? If I do it after it probably won't be as intense since im already worn out from weights right?

why train each body part more than once a week?

Training each muscle group once a week has been proven to be just as not more effective as training the same body part 2-3 times a week. Also it prevents over training.

    Do cardio after your workout.
