    Pec Prob

Its seems like my chest is under developed right in the center. Even though im doing my flat and incline benches, i cant seem to get it to fill in. It creates a very odd looking circle where the two pecs meet in the center of my chest. How can I target this better?

this has been debated way to many times!!

You can't taget a particular part of your chest. keep lifting and eating and you will grow...it takes time.

i dont believe growth is the problem. My chest is getting a lot bigger, you can see it. Its like my mid chest wont fill out enough or something...

Thats probably becuase your sternum (breastbone) sits right in the middle...sorry, but you wont be able to change that becuase that is how your bones have grown.
