    Body fat

    I just got my body fat and hydration tested for wrestling this year. Im 14, weigh 152, and 5'3 and my body fat is 18.4. is that normal or should it be more/less?

    In my opinion you should not be asking what every 1 else thinks of you.

    What do you think, do you seem to look fat or skinny to yourself? Are you fine with your current shape?

    These numbers are useless, unless you have goals.

    Im fine with how I look except im kinda short but besides the piont. Im just wonder if thats normal or what it shoud be. And they used some special scale.

    I assume that you're a male, and based on that I think that is a bit high for an 14 year old.

    wow you almost have the stats as me but im 147lbs 22y/o.. and im still bulking i wonder if our bodys are similar. would they be?

    they used a scale? as in you stepped on a scale and they weighed you? thats it?
    more detail is needed....and 18% bf is kinda high for a 14 yr old...

    when i was 14 i was 5'9"-5'10" and i weighed 147-152

    If you stood on a scale that is bioelectrical impedance. 152 pounds for someone 5'3" is rather heavy, especially as a teen, unless you are very well built.

    if your wrestling, who cares..

    your weight adds a bit of an extra punch.
    Although id beware of any one who weighs same/more than you but has a lower bf%. U know what that means more muscle! But take into consideration of height not everyone heavier and leaner than you is stronger than you.
