that doesnt tell anybody anything.
What do you think my body fat is at about?Last time I was checked, 1 yr ago, I was at 12.8%. I was 135lbs then (5'4) and 15 yrs old.
I am now 16 yrs old 145Lbs (5'6/7).
that doesnt tell anybody anything.
your guess is better than ours. do you look fatter than last year?Originally Posted by michael74737
my guess is you are between 10 and 20% bf.![]()
the truth is i dont kno. I dont think im fatter. I know ive grown taller and gained weight from muscle gain but Im not entirely sure.
the truth is just telling us your stats is pointless. someone can be 5'5" 200 lbs. 25% bf and someone could be 5'5" 200 lbs. 8% bf.

((( or goes, either way)
Yea, you have to post a picture. That will be the best way to have someone look and be able to tell you. (make sure you include your midsection)

If you grew taller and stayed the same weight, you'd be skinnier, so you probably are about the same bodyfat percentage and about the same in terms of muscular appearance.Originally Posted by michael74737

You said you were 12.8% bf 1 year ago, so you must have done a calculation or used a BF index machine to know! why not use the same method again?
