    Is this true

    I heard somewhere that crash holly, the pro wrestler, die because he stared working out at a young age. Anybody know anything about that?

    you cant die from exercising.

    if you came to this conclusion i could also conclude, breathing kills you: it just takes 60-70 years.

    Very good, its called oxidative damage and is why anti-oxidants were once hoped to be more promissing than they have proven to be.

    Nah Thrift. You lift till ya get old and grey and you will live to be at least as old as the oldest person in your family. Unless you crash your car into a garbage truck, stick your finger into a light socket, or do some other wise dumb thing like smoke or start doing roids at 17. Lift. Get even more healthy. The ladies will looooooove you too . Women always go for a well built guy.

    Lifting is an addiction .. but THE single most healthy addiction you will ever have Thrift. Lifting is a gateway drug that leads to other addictions too. Like eating healthy foods, drinking shakes made from God knows what, and protien. Whey more protien than you ever thought possible. Lifting also leads to having lots of ... uh ... how old are you thrift? 14 right? emmmm nuff said. Just lift ... you'll see !!!
