    seated cg rows

    today at the gym i couldnt find the v-handle to do close grip seated rows. so, instead i took 2 handles that you would do cable flyes with and was able to do the same motion, but when i brought it into my chest i could pull my hands away from each other slightly and it created an extra contraction in my back. i actually liked it better that then v-handle.

    that's one of my favorites. I alternate between that handle and the V-handle...
    I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

    Or, if the gym is really low on equipment, grab the rope and row with that.

    Lol, I agree with using the rope, I prefer that to the v-handle anyways.
