It's not the juice doing it, because it happens to me, and I am not juicing and never have. I remember reading once or twice that it has to do with the size of your arms. When we build our arms up and sleep on them, it puts pressure on a nerve. It's really annoying, but harmless I think. Maybe someone else has a better explanation.

Maybe you are a secondary steroid user. I heard some of it is on the sperm?

What is pins and needles? Is that feeling of numbness?

No, there is little to no testosterone in semen. Besides, I ain't had none in a while. It's been a dry spell.

Yes, the nerves react due to lack of blood circulation. Oxygen levels have been depeleted and the area that you can feel "pins and needles" is requesting more oxygen. A sort of pain is recognized by the nerves and thus the feelings of pins and needles. It is most likely you had slept on your arm.

I wake up every single night with that sensation. However, I know it is a result of slipping my hands under my pillow while sleeping. I wish I could stop myself, but it's hard to stop an unconcious habit.

    pins and needles

i wake up with the same thing. I find this generally happens to me when sleeping on my back with my hands resting on my stomach. The only thing I can think is that there is pressure near my elbows that's disturbing a nerve??? No pillow thing for me anyway.

I've noticed I get this too since I've been forcing myself to sleep on my back more, but only in my pinky and ring fingers. It's fucking weird.

ive woken up and my entire arm from elbow down had no sensation at all
i literally had to pick it up with my left arm and toss it over the side of the bed to get some blood back
after about 2 minutes i started getting the pins and needles going on
    kinda scary actually
