    Exclamation Someone Help me

    THIS IS A VERY IMPORTANT THING TO ME
    I AM 16 AND I WEIGH ABOUT 180 LBS AND I AM 5 FOOT 10, AND I HAVE SOME REAL PROBLEMS. I HAVE A BELLY, MAN BOOBS, AND PUFFY NIPPLES (BOTHERS ME THE MOST). I NEED TO DO SOMETIHNG ABOUT THIS
    SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME
    I CANT GO TO THE POOL, BEACH, OR CANT EVEN TAKE OFF MY SHIRT IN THE LOCKER ROOM WITHOUT FEELING EMBARRASED
    SOMEONE PLEASE GIVE ME A ROUTINE OR SOMETHING ALONG THE LINE S OF WHAT TO DO AND WHAT NOT TO DO..WHAT TO EAT AND WHAT NOT TO EAT, AND WHAT ARE SOME GOOD ROUTINES. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME SO SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME
    A FRIEND SUGGESTED THAT I SHOULD MAKE A PROTEIN SHAKE SUBSTITUTE WITH 6 RAW EGGS..IS THIS A GOOD IDEA?..I NEED ADVICE BASICALLY

    If you have puffy nipples, it could be puberty onset gynocostemia. See a doctor.

    Before you jump to those conclusions though, check out the DIET and TRAINING threads to get your foodstuff and exercise in order. Granted, this is the training section, but there are plenty of other threads you can consult before someone does all the hard work for you.

    We should be helping this poor guy.

    Well first thing, ask your doctor to make sure that everything medically is okay.

    "If" you have a hypo thyroid, that could be the cause of your weight gain.

    But if there's no medical condition of any kind, then you need to tell us how your current diet is & what you eat.

    You should right now focus on fat loss & tightening. But don't try to lose an excess amount of weight in a short period of time as this can cause the skin to become loose & when it's at that point, it can take awhile to retract itself to the body. It's better to slowly drop your body fat.

    First you could add some light resistance training to your regime to help build "some" muscle while you're losing body fat.

    Then you need to get your diet straight. You need you should be eating several healthy small meals throughout the day that include protein at each meal, then complex carbs such as steamed brown rice, &/or bagged old fashioned oatmeal. Eliminate pasta as it has way too much starch for those needing to drop body fat.

    But I would also consult a qualified personal trainer as he/she could help you determine your goals & expectations.

    sounds like you may have an estrogen/testosterone problem, I think I would recommend that you go to a doc and get some hormone tests done first.

    I just didnt see how a protein substitute with raw eggs had an anything to do with gyno?

    Get to the doctor.

    Your problem could be anything from estrogen/testosterone problem, to hypo thyroid problems that cause serious weight gain.

    Even ppl who are somewhat depressed & clinically depressed experience weight gain.

    Only a variety of blood tests from your family doctor will be able to figure out what your problem is if it isn't just simply lack of exercise or no exercise with poor diet.

    To check your testosterone ask your doctor to perform both total & free testosterone blood tests, as well as estrogen levels in your system if there are any & like I said blood tests are the only way.

    You should also ask him to check your TSH levels just to get a basic thyroid read out, & if you have a problem he will later ask you to go for a thyroid scan.

    But you haven't said if you're experiencing any other symptoms like constant fatigue, weakness, depression & so on.

    Nor have you stated your current diet or exercise regime if you have one.

    This would help a lot.

    Nipple size is primarily genetic unless your running gear and get gyno. My brother has always had tiny nipples while I on the other hand was given a nice set of silver dollar pancakes. Only surgery can remove the tissue that makes nipples puffy. Welcome to the big nipple club...
