my reps are between 4-10 depending on the workout, but for the base workouts, such as bench, cleans, etc, i stay between 4-8. the cardio on tuesdays and thursdays is at night, and the wendesday is in the morning. theres generally at least 8 hours in between weights and cardio on tuesday and thursdays, any suggestions would be great. oh yea, and friday is arms, but i dont have anything down for that since i workout with a buddy and i go with whatever hes doing that day.

You're not going to "burn muscle" unless you don't eat enough food. However, you may overtrain your central nervous system and/or muscles. Try to avoid weight training more than two days consecutively. How many sets of each exercise are you doing? Just use one of the weeks as an example.

The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

on most of the workouts, i do about 3 sets each workout. sometimes ill do 4 depending on the workout, and how im feeling, but i never do 4 sets all the way through. its generally 3 sets each workout, maybe 4 on one of them. im trying to lose body fat, and im on a low/no carb diet, but i dont want to sacrifice too much muscle. thanks again for the help.
