    new health/personal fitness class

    In this personal fitness class. We run 2 miles in class.. this is in school. I lift weights after school.. Is this a problem? i hear cardio even hours before weight training isnt good.

    It's not the worst thing in the world, but it isn't optimal. However, 2 miles isn't all that much. You should be finishing that in 20 minutes or less, assuming you have halfway decent cardio conditioning. Just make sure you eat plenty of food and you will be fine. Just suck it up for the class.
