    no pain no gain... right?

    i do 2 circuits of exercises and the place on my body where i feel it the least is my chest. I bench 145. Whether good or not... this is how much i can do right now and after 4 weeks of exercising... i dotn' mind much. But my chest isn't feeling it. Why? am i doing it wrong?

    wrong.

    chart your gains by measuring your chest then after a bulking period measure it once more. Then decide if you are gaining or not.

    Soreness does not have to be present to experience gains. If you are gaining size and/or strength, then don't worry about it. Tell us the full routine, maybe we could help you tweak it.
