okay i had my powder puff football game 2nite ... why is it that when you play a sport and practice all hard n shit that you still get sore even tho you lift and get sore from lifting?? ne one understand my question? like my quads, hams, pecs, delts & lats are all sore as shit from my game 2nite ... and i just worked out my chest and shoulders on monday (my damn chest n shoulders was still sore 2day too)
