Ok,, What about this training technique
I had been advised to go for lighter weights and reduce the resting times between sets. Is that good technique? |

there are many things that you can change in a routine. if what you are doing isnt getting you very far, dont hesitate to change. once you find what works, stick with it. i do a couple days of low reps and a couple days of higher reps every week just to keep it different.
