So, where should I start in the gym considering I have never done anything in fitness in many many years? I guess the tredmill, bike, stepper since I need to see if I can get my heart rate up without dying.

In the long run, I want to get buff but I need to loose this damn belly first.

Im just asking becuase I know little about fitness and Im kinda embarassed by the way I look. I dont wanna go into the gym and get anyones attention focused on me

Top secret training routine thread..ASAP.

Don't let them (IM'ers) convince you that you only have to do 6-12 sets per bodypart. hahahaha.

Say it with me now..'volume'

40 sets min. You should be working out 2 hours twice a day.

*This is for entertainment purposes only*

Really, some of you are so up tight. Take big deep breaths and relax my skinny friends.

First of all I would say start with some type of full body routiene twice per week, maybe 2-3 sets per exercise, keep it relatively short and simple.

Secondly, who cares what others in the gym might think, wear a big sweatshirt and sweatpants if you really care.

Thirdly, get your diet in order, especially if you want to get lean and lose the "belly fat".
