I want cuts and striations in my fingers. How do I do that?

I want my nose to look more 'toned'. How do i do that?

100 sets of finger curls/100 sets reversed finger curls. You most work each finger individually!!! Many people neglect thumb training but you most work on overall development and proportions.

I recommend high reps 20 -30; this should give you the cuts and striations you want. Big weights to bulk, light weights to cut..hahaha.

Scrunches!!!

Nose scrunches is an all time favorite exercise of mine. The exercise is pretty self explainatory. 200 sets!!..it will give you that 'toned' look.

Earlobes can be stubborn. Over the years I have developed the mind-muscle connection required to build mighty earlobes like my biceps.

I will let you in on a top secret earlobe training method. Have your training partner smash you earlobes with hammer. 100 sets!!!. They swell very nicely and give the appearance of much muscular development.

Oh my, that is a wonderful secret method! Are you sure that Mr. Joe "They are all my principals" Weider has not claimed that as one of the renown principals? I may have seen something like the "Weider mind-muscle-ear-hammer" principal years ago? I don' t want to get you in trouble with Joe and his patent/copyright infringement lawyers. After all Joe made you the man that you are today and you owe him everything.

Oh, by the way, my wife just read your advise and claims she has a new principal guaranteed to develop the old lobes. She says to tell you that if men would just listen to their wifes at home more often they will get big real fast without having to work so hard and life would be much more pleasurable. I told her that she is not properly trained in the advanced arts and only pain works. Ya know what she did next ahhnold? She grabbed my earlobes and walked me around the house on my tippy toes until I cried "Uncle Columbo". Do you know what Ahhhnold? I think she hit me from a new angle and now I think I can feel more pain and you know how the rest goes - "more pain more gain". Yeah man, I know I am growing again!

I think I am going to call this the "pay her no mind and find ear muscle" principal since I can tell I now have a great pump and can feel it like never before.

okay enough of the silly stuff lets discuss how to get big where it matters (well not there! but the other places where it matters)

i mean i want massive chest and bis, just like Arnold had (don't care about other muscles), i want my chest to look like Arnolds pumped chest in pumping iron (fuckin hugest chest ever!!), and huge bis, so those muscles are kinda proportionally much bigger than the rest

how'd you just get growth in particular areas? like arnold said he could scupt himself so part of his body can be proportionally bigger in certain areas, (in pumping iron when he says... you need a bit more on the delts, an artist can just slap on some more paint, but in BB you must do it the hard way)

how'd i do that?

please help ahhhnold!
