    Saggin Titties

ok so my top part of chest is pretty good, middle is OK, but i don't have a bottom at all. It's all soft(i'm fat). So is it OK if i start my chest workout with decline, and then move to incline and then flat? is there anything wrong with that?

lose body fat to correct this problem...

changing the order of exercises down each week is also a good plan when working a muscle that can be hit from various angles...
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

I do notice that doing dips makes the lower part of my chest harder.
