abs are the combo of first diet, then training...train abs with heavy weight 8-12 reps for 6 or so sets( incline situps with a 10-25lber behind the head), do cardio a few times a week, most importly eat the no less than every 3 hours the same amount of cals. total daily calories consumed should be no more than u'r maintence needs. drink at less 1 once of water per LB of BW each day. U'r carbs should have a glycemic index less than 30, the lower the beter. Eat no carbs 3 hrs b4 bed. if this don't work in 8 weeks u'll never have a wash board!

Hasn't this guy asked these questions about once every other month for the past year and a half or so? It's always the same thing - sometimes of course it is "what is my body type am i ecto or meso"

this is exactly what i said in another 1 of this guys threads!

that 'ecto or meso' shit was SO FUNNY, i looked up that thread the other day was great for an old time laugh when i wasn't so reserved in my threads

but this ahsan is taking it wayyy too far now! hasn't he learnt about this shit yet??? like i mean he asks/says the dumbest shit ever!....

A friendly word of advice Ahsan. Do a thorough search before you ask questions. Nothing erks long time members more than repetitive, common questions. It may be a new question to you, but to us, its more than likely played out.
