For Shoulder Pressing and Push Presses are allowed.

How many? The most i've done has been 61 reps and my shoulders and triceps were on fire.

The only time I ever press the bar is to finish a set of burnouts, which I haven't done in ages. The pump and the burn feel nice.

The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

I use the bar to start my warmups. But only for 10 reps, good to get things working, pointless to continue doing a 100 reps

Not if your goal is muscular endurance.

Good point I never thought of that. I guess never having done that type of training, I just wrote it off. Thanks

I think I've done 15 before, I wouldn't go any higher.

For guy's like myself who only bench in the low 200's it might be worth trying for muscular endurance but if your bench is in the 300's high reps of the bar would be too light. I like to do high rep pushups sometimes when coming off a low rep program. For overhead presses I have done seated 21's with 55lb DB's (uni lateral) doesn't sound like much but I'm only 150 in my shorts. I can't really do high reps with my shoulders anymore because I have old man shoulders- they creak and crack and hurt like hell if I don't treat them nice.
