how long and how many
what would you recommend ( number of crunches and how many weeks ) should i do if i weigh 160 and i want a six pack. how long would it take? im six foot tall and weigh 160.
please respond asap. |

Exercise is only part of what you need to do to get good abs. Diet is the other part. It means little if you have good abs but no one can seem is you've covered them in fat.
Having said that, I do 5 sets of 25 reps of crunchies (or reverse crunchies) every other day. Doing weighted exercises like deadlift will also greatly help you in your quest for good abs. |

as the good ole saying goes "abs are made in the kitchen", in other words you can crunch until the cows come home, but if you have a layer of fat covering them you will not have a "six pack".
yes you need to train and develop your abs, but if you want them to be lean you need to focus on a proper cutting diet. |
