    help me

    hi everyone. i have problems, with my workout, my joints hurtme, if i training to heavy, whta can i do.

    what exactly hurts and on what exercise(s) does it hurt?

    Also make sure you don't lock your joints when doing an exercise in which you can avoid it (such as benching, if this be the case).

    yes, itīs for short time not always. i think if i wrap my joints it maybe helpme.

    Use neoprene. If you wrap you joints with neoprene (usually a premade, slip-on), they will stay warmer (and warm up quicker) and this may help to alleviate the pain.

    If you lock out quick that can really hurt your elbows. slow and steady rep tempo

    Stop just short of a lockout. This will reduce strain on one's joints.
