How do I work this part

How do I work this body part, the one with the red dot. Is it just a continuation of working lats, or is it something like the serratus anterior? What are some exercises?

Lat movements will work that muscle.

You will find some exercises here... http://www.exrx.net/Lists/Directory.html

Or just search the web for lat exercises.

Randys right. Theyre called lats. Pullups and cable pulldowns work them the best.

Pullups are great for working the lats. I also think hammer bar pullovers and barbell rows work great as well.

Yeah wings are a kind of "nickname" for lats. The reason for this is if you see a big guy (ie the pros) having big lats makes them look like they have a pair of wings attatched to them.

It's probably part of your TERES MAJOR as well. Teres major is even higher than your lats and it goes under your arm. I'm pretty sure lat exercises work it, but check out some sights on teres major.

The latissimus dorsi is the primary muscle you are referring too. There are other smaller muscles lurking around that same area of the body, but various compound lat and chest centric exercises should sufficiently work them.
