The main key to gainning mass is EAT EAT EAT and then eat some more. Diet has more to do with gainning mass (try and get 2grams of protien for every pound of lean body mass) than weights.However the best mass gainning exersises are the compond ones (eg bench presses,milatary presses squats,barbell rows barbell curls/dumbell curls and pullups are great also)Originally Posted by sweatshopchamp
I would say as long as you have your diet (I cant empizize this enough) right for gainning mass and your workouts are Hardcore, its more than possible to gain 25 pounds of lean Mass in 4 months.You should be good to go in 6![]()

I don't think good morning are "isolation" exercises. I consider them absolutely essential.
hey but you gota be carefull man, you can become fat very easily with bulking fast on food... when i bulk i do about 1 hour of cardio ( 3.00 mph on 15.00 incline so im not injuring my muscles, i burn around 800 calls ) because i still keep loosing muscles and gaining new mass with ofcourse little fat, also you wanna look into some supplements and the other guysd are right diet is key but dont go nuts here, protein is important (2+grams per bodyweight) 25 in 6 months would be not easy to do but you can defenently do it with the help of some supps, now dont go out buying shit like m1t if you dont know anything about it but im just saying look into supps and a good diet,
