    why do some power lifters bring amonia with them to the gym?
    Doesn't it make you brain dead?

    Have you smelled gasoline before? Have you breathed in smog before? Have you been exposed to UVA/B/C?

    It has a "wake up" effect that is very temporary, and you will find amonia in many household cleaning products. Its hardly going to kill you.

    Cool, I wake up at 5:00 in the mourning to train and I sure could use a pick me upper every now and then. I feel like a zombie at the gym at times.
