    workout help

hey everyone, i have a quick question. recently i broke my right hand and now have a cast on it, and i was wondering if anyone knew what i could do to keep my strength up. i'll have this cast on for 5 weeks and maybe more, in which after i get this damn thing off i'm starting basketball again. so i really want to keep my upper body and lower body strength. so if anyone knows of some things i could do to keep my strength up that'd be great! heh, i guess i can do a lot of abs now too lol!

how about cardio. Otherwise be patient, let the hand heel and then get back to the gym.

I have always wondered what I would do if I broke a hand or something. Would it be wise for him to do certain exercises like leg press or leg curls.

Another question is would they let him train like that?
