Hey, i know ive been doing weights for about 2 years now, and ive been getting definition and gains etc, but for some reason it just doesnt feel right at all.

I use dumbells rather than going to the gym, though im probably going to get a membership with one around here soon.

Does anybody have any tips for coming up with a decent weekly routine with dumbells? Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated, no matter how insignificant it might seem to you more experienced people out there!

Im mostly interested in upper body, but i do squats and running aswell.
