Question trying to find a good routine

in trying to find a good routine that i will actually stick with, i came up with the following, using some of the comments and advice read here, was wondering if anyone could give me some feedback on this, good or bad

    day 1
    bench press 4x8
    bb row 4x8
    incline db press 4x8
    v-bar cable row 4x8
    close grip bench 4x8
    db curls 4x8

    day 2
    squat 4x8
    leg press 4x8
    hamstring curl 4x8
    calf raise 4x8
    db shoulder press 4x8
    upright row 4x8

    day 3
    dips 4x8
    chin ups 4x8
    flies 4x8
    lat pull down 4x8
    tri push down 4x8
    preacher curls 4x8

    day 4
    dead lift 4x8
    leg press 4x8
    ham curl 4x8
calf raise (different than other day) 4x8
    military press 4x8
    side laterals 4x8

routine goes like this 1x2x3x4x1x2x etc....
day off every other day, works same body parts twice in a week, with different exercises in most cases.

what do you think? Good, bad? Stick with once per week per body part??

    Don't understand your workout.
Day 2 Db shoulder press, Day 4 military press
Day 1 db curls, day 3 preacher curls
Looks like your working body parts twice a week.
Deadlift on partial leg day. Two compound exercises on Day 4
Take a look at what Archangel is saying and look at Gopro's Thread on P/RR/S
