Just revised my routine and I reckon its pretty good. Not sure about doing deadlifts on a different day to my back though. What u reckon?

Monday



Incline Bench 3 sets
Flat Bench press 3 sets
Shoulder Press 3 sets

Dips Close grip (triceps) 3 sets
Dumbbell Pullover 3 sets



Wednesday



Dumbbell Row 3 sets
Dumbbell Shrug 3 sets
Close Grip Chin Ups (palms facing to me) 3 sets
Lat Pull down 3 sets
Upright Row 3 sets


Standing Barbell Curls 3 sets
Incline Barbell Curls 3 sets




Friday



Seated Leg Press 3 sets
Straight Leg Deadlift 3 sets
Calf Raises 3 sets
Deadlift 3 sets
Side Bends (oblique) 3 sets if time

Decline Sit ups 3 sets
Crunches 3 sets
