I'am not comparing myself to Arnold (this would obviously be obsured due to genes and steriod use just to name a couple of reasons) this was just an example of a Bodybuilder who used high volume and got great results (there are many including natural bodybuilders) he litarally made high volume trainning famous.
That to is bullshit to an extent.. Who have you seen to promote more high volume "hardcore" training? Arnold or Mike Mentzer? |
